This took me quite a while to do. No, it's not a photo edit/render/whatever. This is done entirely in a #2HB mechanical pencil, drawn and colored/shaded entirely by hand.
I don't like how the scanner picked up on the minor page mountains because of the heaviness of the pencil, but at the same time it kind of adds to the texture of the hoodie. It's a love-hate thing, I guess. xD
I really need a better scanner or a better camera...some things are accentuated but some get so washed out...
ANYWAY. It's because of moments like these that I really became such a massive Jack fan. I can relate to him on so many different levels, I'll spare the details. The complexity of his character also made me appreciate Dreamworks and all the geniuses there more, too.
So I felt like drawing this side of Jack that I adore so much. This is what I have been up to instead of writing Everlasting Snow. x3
I hope I didn't butcher the frost on his hoodie...it's really hard to get right in a pencil shading. It's just all..."where the heck do I start and how do I do this?!?!" -__-
Hope ya like it!~

...tell me WHY..."
